I can't believe Thanksgiving is only a few weeks away. Last year was the first time I ever made my own turkey feast and this year I would love to make it even bigger and better! I've been scouring the net looking for new recipes to try out. I am especially worried about the Turkey because last years was just a little bit dry, so I need to find the secret to a moist and juicy bird.
What are your tips and tricks for making your turkey just right?

Well.....that turkey is the photo sure looks perfect. My advice is to have someone else cook it LOL
We have a fryer and do one in it and a second one in the roaster. We just make sure to baste the one in the roaster a lot during the cooking.
